Warning of the b@n your business@net

b@n your business@net and its managing director are currently using trick forms to catch customers and are thus trying to generate fee-based contracts. This trick has been very popular and very successful for many years. Monika Ziegelmüller previously pursued the same business model with TVV Tele Verzeichnis Verlag GmbH, which is now in insolvency.

Who is b@n your business@net?

The company was not entered in the commercial register of the Hamburg Local Court (HRB 157515) until 11 June 2019. The managing director is Mrs. Monika Ziegelmeier, who has already had excellent experience with such companies and is now trying to continue her old business model under a new company. The object of the company is online marketing, online advertising, search engine optimization and all related businesses registered. The company was previously called B@N Your Business@Net GmbH until it received its current name on 22 July 2019. Now the company is called

Your Business at Net GmbH

The trick of b@n your business@net

The company sends official-looking forms, which are headed „VAT Identification Number“ and „Register related to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)“. The recipient is first requested to check the company information and confirm its correctness or to improve or supplement incorrect or missing information. On the right side there is a barcode. In the middle of the form, data of the recipient’s company are pre-entered, but some fields are still free and should be filled in. Finally, we ask you to check the correctness of the data and to confirm it with a legally binding signature. Most recipients overlook the small print in the form. It is stated here that an amount of € 711 is due for publication, payable in advance and annually. It also states that the contract is valid for three years and will ever be renewed for a further year if it is not terminated three months before expiry. With a signature the recipient should receive over 2000 € for what we consider to be a worthless advertisement.

The directory of the b@n your business@net

b@n your business@net operates a directory under the domain v-r-e.eu in which the companies that return the signed form are finally entered. In our opinion, this is a completely irrelevant directory, which is not suitable for attracting new customers to a company. It goes without saying that b@n your business@net presents the relevance of its directory in a completely different way.

Invoice of b@n your business@net

The invoice will be issued immediately after the return of the form. There the first year will be charged with an amount of 711 €. In addition to a bank account, a PayPal address is given to which the amount can be transferred. The bill comes from the Department Customer Care Billing Department. Finally, a link is provided under which the entry is to appear on theb@n your business@netwebsite.

Defense of the requirements of the b@n your business@net

Requirements of b@n your business@net which havecome about in the manner described above can be fended off. In our opinion, this is a fraudulent misrepresentation which gives the right to challenge. In the past, we have represented innumerable clients against companies that operate in a similar manner. We will be happy to assist you in defending your claim. Please send us a short mail to office@ll-ip.com and we will take care of your request.
